Once we have reviewed the application, we’ll notify you with specific
shipping instructions that must be followed. Please be 100% sure that the
broken Xbox is packed and padded appropriately, and that the entire box is
secured.

We recommend the use of insurance because we cannot be held liable for
damages in transit, however it is not required. You are responsible for
shipping costs, if you choose we can send you a prepaid shipping label that
will then be deducted from your appraisal value.

Another alternative is to use www.escrow.com. A service recommended by eBay,
they protect both the buyer and seller in a transaction to help everything
go as smoothly as possible. The cost is $25, for which you will be
responsible for paying.

After receiving your broken 360 we will notify you of its arrival and
confirm your request. We will then inspect the machine and within 24 hours
you will have a payment via Paypal or money order (a $3 fee will be
subtracted in this case). Alternatively, for upgrades you’ll receive the
fixed cost price and for broken Xbox repairs you’ll receive an estimate
(typically ranging from $30 to $100).

  not limited to both the shipping and repairing processes.
